Great question. Since the Arizona real estate market has changed so drastically recently, houses are taking much longer to sell, which has created a whole new set of challenges for homeowners like yourself. Whatever your situation, chances are, we can help. However, the answer really depends on you. Do you just WANT to sell your house, or do you really NEED to sell it? In other words, is it more important for you to sell your house quickly or get top dollar for it, if even possible? What kind of houses do you buy?
What if my house needs repairs, has Health Department violations or is condemned?
Interesting question. We buy houses in any area, condition or price range. In other words, we will buy your house as-is! You don't need to do any more repairs! If your house has violations—no problem! We can still buy your house AS IS, even if it has demolition orders scheduled.
Do you deal in higher priced properties?

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?
Another great question. Yes, if you call or contact us now, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process.
How much money can I expect to receive for my property if I decided to sell it to you?
This is a tough one to answer, without knowing more about your home. It really depends on two things: (1) how far you’re behind and (2) the condition of the property, the amount of repairs the home needs, the amount of equity in the home, and the time remaining to get the property sold. We have a variety of programs available, and will work with your needs and schedule. This will allow us to determine which program will allow you to receive the fastest possible sale. All this without doing any work or repairs yourself. Many times, this still leaves you with money in your pocket after the sale.
What happens after I submit my property consultation request?
Great question. We will follow up with you to confirm receipt of your request and briefly discuss the specifics of the property, usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information. If you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away. Then we will set up a face-to-face meeting with you to see the property and discuss possible solutions. If we have a solution that solves your problem, we will write up the purchase contract together and prepare for close of escrow.
How long does it take for you to make an offer on my house?
I’m glad you asked. We can always make an offer over the telephone after discussing the particulars about your property; however, we prefer to see the property and talk with you personally to get a better feel for your situation. After we have an opportunity to meet with you, you will usually have an offer on your home within 24 - 48 hours afterwards.
Is it better to call or utilize the online form?
That is really up to you.
