Hey Mr. Art. I guess we learned the hard way. If you don’t know what you’re doing don’t take everybody’s advice. Ask someone who knows what’s going on. And ask a lot of questions. Things were pretty bad last December. Our home was being foreclosed on and my young 31 year old wife had just had aneurism brain surgery. I had been out of work for a long time and had stayed home with kids. Lucky that my wife had a steady job which made a little bit of money. It ended when she got sick. Then while she came out of the hospital I was able to take care of her. We were trouble because we had no money. We made a mistake by taking advice from a “storefront paralegal” company. They told us to file bankruptcy which turned out to be the totally wrong thing to do, we found out later. I was desperate and all I could think of to do was to ask my wife’s former boss for help. He called a friend of his, Mr. Art. He told us to work directly with a Bankruptcy Attorney, who he recommended. The attorney told us that we should have filed a different type of bankruptcy. It became a total mess. Art talked with our bank and ended up buying our house. He also helped us find another house to rent. Art, I know it’s been some time since you helped us with our lives. We want to thank you for being there for us. Thank you thank you thank you. Grazie & Franki
