To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Ed Weberman. I don’t usually write recommendations like this, so forgive me for being so direct. My friends say that I’m a very bottom line guy, so I’ll get right to the point.

I’ve known Art Fried for almost 7 years. I’ve invested a substantial amount of money with him in real estate deals, especially in the last two years.

I hardly need to say that I would have never invested my money with someone I couldn’t trust. Mr. Fried is an individual of outstanding character. In my dealings with him he has been honest, ethical, and has the highest integrity. Basically, he’s an all around nice guy.

Regarding my money, I’ve never worried about it with Art -- never had a single problem.

I insist on having my monthly payment hand-delivered to me. If I’m out of town or if Art is going to be out of town or busy in meetings on that date, instead of paying a day or two late as others would, he bends over backwards to pay me a day or two earlier. It goes without saying that he’s never missed a payment.

And, when he promised a specific return, it always happened as he said it would. Mr. Fried is completely upfront and performs as promised.

My experience with Art has been so positive, I’ve already recommended him to several of my friends. My thinking is, why not join in?

Perhaps you could enjoy the same level of return and hassle-free profits I have. All this while sleeping well at night.

But, don’t take me at my word. See for yourself. Give Art a call. And put your money into play. You’ll be glad you did.

Sincerely,

Ed Weberman
