To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Lynne and I’m what many refer to as a “rookie investor.” For unscrupulous real estate investors or others running such investment scams, I’m probably a dream come true. That’s why I was very fortunate to have met Art Fried.

Contrary to the typical individual, I wasn’t content to have my money wasting away in my local bank. I don’t believe in gambling my hard-earned money away either, so the stock market was out as well.

My close friends and broker suggested I consider the more “reasonable” investment portfolio of stocks, bonds and mutual funds. However, I chose to invest in my local real estate market, with real estate investor Art Fried. Being a new investor, I had little to no idea what I was doing. I figured that real estate being collateralized was much safer than the stock market, and offered a much higher rate of return.

I mentioned earlier that I was fortunate to have met Mr. Fried. That is true in many respects. First, I have never lost money by investing with Art, and I have risked relatively large sums. In the many deals I was involved in, Art always patiently answered my questions and explained what was going on. Not only did he offer the best interest rate I could find, but he went out of his way to accommodate me.

Second, I have rarely had the pleasure of meeting such individuals as Mr. Fried. In this day and age, it is highly unlikely to come into contact with someone who is both as genuine and giving as Art. Despite the fact that we formulated a business relationship, I consider myself a close personal friend. Mr. Fried has a huge heart and is the “real deal.”

His integrity, honesty, and ethics were beyond reproach. When he told me he was going to do something, he did it. He kept in touch with me on a consistent basis, always taking the time to communicate any pertinent details of the projects that I was involved in.

Finally, never once did I worry about my investment capital. Art is fabulous with finances.

I immediately recognized in Art a “high trust” individual. I always felt that my money was as safe and secure as having it in Fort Knox. Never did he fail to deliver a promised rate of return. Not once did he miss a payment over the entire course of our relationship. In fact, if the payment due date fell on the weekend, I could count on either an early payment, or a call saying that the check had just been mailed.

So, whether you’re a new investor looking to diversify your portfolio, or a seasoned pro seeking a reliable rate of return in appreciating real estate, you can’t go wrong by putting your money with Art. I’ve done far better than I ever dreamed, and I’ve never regretted my decision.

Sincerely, Lynne B
