From the time I contacted Oak Street properties about a possible cash offer on my house, I was very pleased with the process. Multiple options were available for the sale, some of which included partial owner financing with a higher purchase price… Which was advantageous because of the ability to defer capital gains across multiple years. We had about a 10 Day delay in closing, because of peoples vacations over the winter break, but other than that, the process was smooth.
