“Recently I had a house that looked like a tornado that went through it after the renters moved out. I was working out of state for a few months and flew back to decide what to do with it. The traditional option of cleaning it up, repairing it, doing a few upgrades, and selling it through a realtor was a viable option in today’s strong market.
