Hi My wife and I are or have P.O.A. over this residence that belonged to her parents who have both recently died and before her Mom died she signed over the residence to my wife and I, notarized by notary for the state of AZ, and two witnesses, with all property and everything to us in the form of a Revocable Living Will and Trust. This property at 3245 E. Garfield St. Phoenix, AZ 85008 has no morgage, (paid off along time ago), but needs alot of work done to it before it could be sold of which we do not want to do. We want to sell as is. The Deed still has both Parents name on it which we are not sure of how or what needs to be done to get this property sold.
